I have been going to Alice's pilates classes for over 3 years now, first in person and more recently over zoom. I would never go to anyone else now! Alice has such detailed knowledge of how to support her clients individual needs, in my case scoliosis and hyper mobility. Her classes have helped my posture and back pain immeasurably. She manages to make her classes just the right level of challenge and is able to help correct postures so that you get the most out of it.
